Durham University MBA (Online)

The Durham Online MBA includes Strategic Case Analysis which requires candidates to carry out an in-depth study of key organisational issues. Candidates often find it struggling to select and carry our research for this case study. The MyNestor's Durham MBA is designed just for that. Our Expert Mentor aids you in understanding the Research Process, Topic & Organisation Selection and provides you continuous support while you carry out your Research.

The Durham's Strategic Case Analysis replaces the traditional university dissertation and is more in keeping with the needs of business and management today. It is an opportunity to apply the knowledge you have acquired through core and optional modules to a project that is of relevance to you, for example in your own organisation, a supplier, a competitor or another organisation in the private, public or voluntary sector.

The MBA project is often the most challenging and rewarding part of the programme. Organisations depend on thorough research and the processes of collecting and interpreting information to inform crucial decisions tantamount to success. This Mentor Program enables you to explore a management issue in practice and make critically informed recommendations based on the theories, concepts and frameworks that have been learnt throughout the MBA.

You'll become an independent and reflective researcher, able to assess your own personal skills and research abilities. There is a choice between a traditional dissertation, an in-company project, business research or a business-start up plan, depending on your strengths and career ambitions.
